  • Led a team of 25 writers in Toronto and Silicon Valley to rearchitect a library of 40 manuals as one set of web-based, topic-oriented documentation
  • Developed the documentation indexing, linking, and build system
  • Piloted and standardized the adoption of the Eclipse Information Center as IBM Software Group’s documentation search and delivery solution

Technical writer, DB2 Universal Database application development (1998-2001)

  • Updated manuals including the DB2 Application Development Guide and the DB2 Message Reference
